Fun, fast, drill based kickboxing exercises set to music, with a series of H.I.I.T techniques combined with brief recovery periods to provide a total body workout with maximum results. This class is designed to elevate your heart rate as well as challenge your muscles and mind.

Target the tummy with concentrated abdominal work & strength exercises designed to tone the back leaving you with a tighter mid-section all around.
